4. Digital products and licence

When you purchase digital sheet music or any other download from us, you receive a
non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Unless we have given you written permission, you may not:

- Resell, redistribute, share or upload the file
- Reproduce it for anyone other than yourself
- Use it in a commercial recording, broadcast, film, advertisement or streamed performance
- Remove or alter any copyright notice contained in it

Printing a copy for your own practice or performance is permitted. Public performance, synchronisation and mechanical licensing are handled separately - contact us for enquiries.

All music, recordings, compositions, artwork, photographs and text on this site remain the property of Chad Lawson or the respective rights holders, and are protected by copyright.

5. Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
